Overview
Vel-SBR is an export-grade, highly concentrated SBR latex admixture designed for basic under-tile waterproofing, high-performance structural repair, and structural bonding. When blended with cementitious mixes, it creates a flexible, impermeable barrier that strongly links old concrete to new concrete. This industrial-strength liquid heavily improves the compressive and flexural hardness of mortars , prevents dust pick-up , and boosts erosion and corrosion resistance over reinforcement bars.

Application Area
Ideal for waterproofing toilets, bathrooms, balconies, terraces, lift pits, walkways, and staircases. Enhances bonding of new-to-old concrete and strengthens repair mortars for floors, beams, columns, screeds, and slabs.
Coverage
Approx. 2–3 m²/L as bond coat, 1.5–2 m²/L for 2 waterproofing coats, and 2–3 running meters/L on 25 mm rebar as passivator coat.
